At the End of the Year

Today is a special day because the day is a final day in 2010 years. Everyone have a nice and happy mood in order to celebrate that New Year will coming. The weather is extremely chill tonight. But people like to spread merry atmosphere around on this day; therefore, happy feeling like the fire soon warmed everyone’s heart. Many young people like go to outside because they would like to look at firework display tonight. However, I usually used to watch TV in my room at home. I don’t like with a crowd of people in the place only for enjoy a firework. I like enjoy relax myself alone, and drink a cup of hot tea and watch TV sit on the soft. To me this is best great thing that I can have free time to relax at home. Finally, I would like to say word about Happy New Year to everyone.

Effect of My Lifestyle

I always think I am a very happy person because I lived civilized and modern building city on earth. I can enjoy the most convenient transportation and can go to anywhere in the fastest time. When I go to a store buy something, the clerk usually gives me for a plastic bag with my products. I never worry that I buy so much merchandises that I cannot carry them home. However, I have all the modern convenience, but my lifestyle might have some effect on the environment. Our earth will not sustain human continue destroy our environment. There are two important aspects I can possible do for our environment, such as to choose public transportation and use environmentally friendly products.

For our earth’s health and avoid environment’s pollution, I usually use public transportation, for example, MRT, bus or train go to my office. When I go to anywhere whenever I want to go, I always first think about transportation. As far as possible, I can choose public transportation, don’t drive a car. Maybe sometimes, I miss the bus; therefore, I only can take a taxi. But, most of time, I can take a bus or MRT reach my destination. Now, I am a student and a worker too, I usually go to school two times every week on weekend. I always take my classmate’s car; I cannot only protect our environment, but also I enjoy happy time and keep company with my classmate together. In order to avoid our environment air pollution, I can select take public transportation.

On the other hand, I usually very care about over packaging on the products. I cannot buy it like them because the product usually have high price than others and they used over packaging make our environment harm. Next, when I go to a store, such as supermarket, bookstore, shopping mall, I can carry myself environmental bag. Because of plastic bag might have harmed our earth and pollute our air and environment. If I must use plastic bag, I must be use recyclable plastics or use them one more time. As long as helpful to our environment, I can do it! For instance, I usually go to department or store buys something, the clerk give me for paper bag, and then I can classify them about size, color...after I go home. I can use them one time even if more times. In addition, I usually can do recyclable work like paper packaging, paper boxes, bottles, batteries after I used.

In short, environment pollution is a serious problem facing the world today. I can possible do have positive effects on the earth’s environment. No matter, choose public transportation or use environmentally friendly products without Styrofoam. This is only a small part of advantage of a good environment. Everybody must do recyclable work to our environment, in order that we can possess a beautiful earth and clear environment.

Nineteen

When I was nineteen years old, I was a beauty and loveliness girl. I clear recollect that I have very many sweet dreams and in living happy and free life. I always like read Chinese literature and some vogue magazines. I like making friend very much and often with my best friend go to eat dinner, shopping or take pictures together. It is a light cloud and gentle breeze day to me! In this year, I met my first boy friend and I fall in love with him. At that time, I feel everything is so very nice and so very beautiful in the world. I was so innocent as to believe everything he says. We have many joyful memories and delighted time together. After many years, he ever have been told me some words that all thing is not come true. I really feel broke my heart. My eyes were full of sadness when I recall the memory. But I still sincerely appreciate him, and he keep company with me grow up for several years.

My 2011 New Year Plan

The 2011 New Year is coming up, I still want to study hard, day by day, night by night, year in year out. I am deep afraid that the time slips away from me like sand through the fingers, like water through a leaky pail. Therefore, I already start prepare to plan my New Year goal.

First, I must continue study hard and finish my homework for university diploma. The degree is the most important part of my life dream. Although I always feel very tired, work and study, it is my short-term objective.

Next, after I graduate from LHW, I intend to study social dance, Japanese and French on my leisure time. I adore study language, and about art, music, dance. It is my best interest in my life; I never give up them forever.

Third, I maybe get marry recently. I would like to have baby and take care of my child personally until he is going to school. Because of child need to take care by his mother, I think he can get the best look after. In the other hand, if I do not choice to marry, I will pursue the goal of perfection in my job. I want to buy a house belong to myself in Taipei. I enjoy personal life very much because I think I can get colorful life alone.

How to Relax and Deal with Stress

Modern people have many disease and stress from themselves. We always feel anxious and fearful, cannot relax by ourselves. Nobody likes stress and many people try to find ways cope with it and relax. In fact, we can engage an effective way of dealing with stress two steps.

First, to learn a way to relax our body and spirit is a very important step. I usually must face to maximum work stress every day; therefore, my life unaware easily produces strong and different stress. However, how to learn relax by ourselves become very important. Such as I can deep breathing every day and then relax my body and clear my mind. Next, I can try having enough sleep; do not watch TV or film to take long time. Most of people cannot get enough sleep because they prefer to stay up late. But when I have not enough sleep, I usually have not a good mood. For this reason, I cannot relax by us. Health of human from has enough sleep and healthiness. When a person wants to relax and reduce stress going to bed, he or she can get good improve for body and spirit.

Second, knowing how to improve my work efficiency and save time is important step, too. I need to learn save time and finish my work in shortly time. Because of a large work cannot finished before the deadline lead I produce mental stress. Most of people usually so waste their time for unimportant something that they set to work accumulating a huge mess of date. Therefore, they cannot get spirit freedom. In other words, stress is formed from ourselves. How to used effective way of solution? Maybe that is save time and to finish work every day. If I can deal with personal problem and trouble at work in time, I will become free and easy. Thus, after my all thing or job can clear and handle, I can more fully relax.

In short, different stress is formed from has a variety of reasons in busy life. However, I must try finding a way about can let I to relax and with smile to face every day. I must to face it and stop evading the issue. I must try finding a helpful way of solution. When I can solute the problem, it will not let I feel worried. I can get a happy life, peaceful spirit, and reduce personal stress. Many diseases will away me forever. And I will feel health and delight.

Happy Life

Modern people always very busy at work or study hard at school every day. Most of people usually feel unhappy because they have many variety of stress. In fact that the stress is formed from their spirit have not get enough satisfied.

Some people always like to pursue the goal of perfection in their life everything. However, when they finished one event cannot feel perfect, the day always depress them. Other people never finish their work in time; therefore they feel big stress forever every day.

What is happy life? I think, first, you must complete your work in time every day. Next, do your best all. No not pursue too over perfect goal. You can enjoy your unique life. You can get mental peace, which is the most wonderful day.

For these reason, I have happy life every day because I never care for anything in my life. So I always feel very sunny and cheerful to face everything. I like enjoy full of colorful life, therefore all worry matter away from me forever.

I like Living in City

I was born in Taipei city and living here about for 25 years. I like this city very much because it is a very modern and civilized city. For example, there is convenient traffic, clear supermarket, a variety of store…, as you want to anything, you name it! I feel very luck can live in city. When I need anything, I can easy to but it. Because of all related shop build up my house nearby. And there is beautiful build and charming scenery at every night in here. I always feel the city bring happiness very much for me. I can independent life and happy life in this city but I am never far from lonely. If I can have a new chance to choose, I still like city and choose living in Taipei city.

Autumn

The fall is a great season and it is my favorite climate too. It always has a very comfortable weather. The weather is usually very cool in the early morning and deep night. And you can enjoy warm sunshine in the daytime. It can let people’s thinking become calm down because it has a very pleasing climate. It is not like the summer that it is always very burning hot in all day. It is not like the winter that it is always very chill in all day. The fall let me feel very nice, it is like a sweet and full of poetic season, and is like fall in love with someone. After the moment, people are coming to meet next season and New Year.

My Studies and Education Process

I come from an ordinary and traditional family. My parents have not provided good study environment or talent and skill for me. However, I do not know why I like art and literature very much, specially. In my childhood, I deeply liked painting. Therefore, I am good at painting and design post by hand. But, I cannot get my parent’s support that I hope to choose the way to learn painting.

How do I pursue my studies and education? When I was a child, I like painting and studying very much. I remember I always feel very happy attend school because I like studying with classmates and learning new language. Especially, I have an innate interesting that is I am good at painting. I almost can take pass each test as painting, I can win prize in the contest. Therefore, I have quite confident about my art work. But, my parents are against me very much about I want to choose a senior high school at art department. I cannot get their support for me, and then I was very sad to study international trade department. On the other hand, I do not want to give up my dream about to learn painting yet. In my childhood, I liked painting, hence I insisted that my dream. After I studied international trade one year, I finally decided I want to attend test and transferred to another senior high school that is an art school. But, I just only finished my part of goal because I want to go college and I must to face limited job chance in future.

How do I change my learning motive? First, I find I really like painting by hand very much. I cannot find any reason why I like it. I just like it. But, time flies, I no longer young as year by year. I clear know I cannot become an artist because I have not enough money to provide my life charge. I must consider limited employment market and job chance. As a result, I have a new idea and I make a change that I must study English. I believe to learn English language can help me to get a great job. And English language is an international language, so I choose to learn it. I can get second skill, it is great for me. I cannot lose I had a talent for art, and I can learn the new field of knowledge. I hope I can become a prominent scholar in the field of linguistics too.

For these reasons, I spent a lot of time to learn English language. I was ever dejected to strange language. Formerly I do not know how used or explains the word in English and I had ever a big fear about speak English. Also, I do not understand how to write good composition in English. But now, I will gain a diploma in Lunghwa University Science and Foreign Language. I believe I so hard study every day that I can pass the exam. I deeply appreciated my teacher to teach me about English.

Mood Journal- a dog

In the past few days, I almost look like a lunatic person because I cannot have a sweet sleep. My downstairs neighbor raise the dog at the front their house. The dog is a very fierce animal who he gives a continuous several fierce barks in early morning or in the midnight every day. I do not know why is the dog barking at? I cannot find him about why he likes continuous fierce barking at? I always awaken by his noise every morning since two week ago. I feel completely exhausted to face my work every day. I make several calls to police office to help for me and ask for the local government to assist with me. But the situation has still not any change and let me feel very disturbed.

There are many department stores on sale on October every year. It attracts a crowd very much, especially, young girl and woman. All articles have special discount during on sale in department store. Therefore, many people want to buy something that need or does not need, because all goods have discount only for the time. The department store is usually to plan a big promotion for their all products at this time about end of year. However, modern people have many choices, such as you can shop on internet or TV program. More and more people are shopping online in these days. It is easy, fast, and economical. In short, if you want to buy anything, you can to plan your need and budget and then go to shopping at this time, because all goods is cheaper and it can give gift or gift coupon to you.

My Favorite Festival

Moon festival is my favorite festival, because the day let me feel warm and happy. Modern people are usually busy with their work every day. They are usually have no their free time, therefore they cut themselves off from potential friends by allowing busy work schedules to take up all their time. Not only have they with their friends no time to stay in touch, even they seldom with their family eat dinner together. The only day people can usually gather at their home or the place, and then drink tea and eat moon cake, to talk about, grill meat. I am very enjoying eat dinner with my family or friends together. I with my good friend attend at my coworker’s wedding last month. This is a special and luxurious wedding. Because of they invited many guests who have enough prestige people, likes famous enterpriser. Her father is a famous business person too. Therefore, the wedding was meticulously arranged that all things. I like the atmosphere in the wedding. The place arranged many fresh rose flowers on each table. All light have a little dark, all atmosphere full of cheerful. Let people feel very peace. The most great is 12 kinds of delicious food and dessert, ice cream and fruit. I do not know why I like I am a student. I enjoy going to school very much. I remember when I was a child my grandmother and me often walked along the kindergarten. I heard many laugh merrily from child were playing each other in the kindergarten. At the time, I think I start like to go to school. Why I like go shopping at Department

There are three reasons I like go shopping at department store. The first reason is that there is convenient public transportation, such as MRT, free shuttle bus. When department store open time I can go shopping any time and shortly I can buy anything in here. The second reason is that there is comfort the environment and clean sanitation, air conditioner. I can chose I need things and have a good mood at the same time. The third reason is that all goods were displayed on the shelf shipshape. I can save time and as soon as chose suits me for something. Sun Link Sea Travel

I with my family went to Sun Link Sea in Nantou at last week. There is beautiful waterfall scenery, rock steep, wind with cloud, waterfall, and the birds often singing.

The beautiful scenery often disappears as you saw. We were enjoying view and therefore stay for two nights at hotel. There are luxuriant trees, exuberant forest, and attractive hydrangea. The air became fresher in the mountain. We like and enjoy the comfortable climate in the mountain very much.

Next morning, after breakfast, we were walk along lake side and take photo pictures, feel free and joy. There are gooseberry and duck on the lake. Sometimes, when we found there are beautiful carps in clear stream, we were had a laugh and pleasantly surprised.

This is a very great memory to me. I think I would like to go here if I have a next chance.

Festival

There are very festivals in Taiwan and the celebration of festival is a custom to us. Generally speaking, the young like hold a party to celebrate their Birthday and Christmas. Especially, let is everyone feel sweet day, Valentine’s day. But, all festivals are a kind of business, to create benefits for business person. Although I like enjoying festival atmosphere too, I don’t like to cost much money for the day. However, life can not have any change even if people have happy mood or bad mood to celebrate festival. After the day past, everyone still go to work or go to school. For the day, people become deathly and feel exhausted next day. If I can choice days, I do not like to celebrate any festival. I just want to have a peaceful life.

Emotion

It is a curious feeling, any when you can feel it does exist in your mind. Love, hated, and grief are kind of an emotion.

It is a mystery feeling; never anybody can translate an emotion. I ever attempt to find out it, but it never be solved.

It is a charming feeling, because you can find a fascination about person or thing for you. And then you start has love, hated, and grief in your memory.

If humans lack an emotion, maybe life cannot become more plentiful each day. We maybe get the deadness in ourselves. As a matter of fact, we have emotion and grow up in our life.

My Father

My father is a silent person. He was born in working-class. His enthusiasm, ambition, and ideals cannot be realized. If he want to satisfy these became the problem of his child-life. Because of his environment was crude and rough and raw.

He had no outlook, but rather an up look. His place in society was at the bottom. There life offered nothing but sordidness and wretchedness, both of the flesh and the spirit. Therefore, his mind the only way out was up.

He was left his the most love hometown, study and work in Taipei. Finally, he was fall in love with my mother and married to her in Taipei. He has too much responsibility to family, so more hard works that let we can live in Taipei.

I love my father very much, I want to tell him, happy father day.

If I were a Cat

If I were a cat, I must be a lovely cat. I had a pretty voice. My master might take good care of me. If I were a cat, I would keep company with my master all day. Sometimes, I can play a ball alone on the bed or on the sofa.

I were a quiet cat, I like look at my host do anything anytime. I would like to act a spoiled child when I was feeling very hungry and at this time my voice sounded— mew. Several times, told my host about I want to eat some food.

When I was feeling very tired, I can go to sleep in my master side. If I were a cat, I could accompany him about his sorrow and joy. My master can have a good time because he have exist for me until I death one day. I was maybe his most nice lover in his life.

Weekend Journey- with Yolanda

I with my classmate, Yolanda, went to shopping and drank afternoon tea at last weekend. It is a great personal party because just only I and she attend at the party. We laughed and talked about private life heartily. We share our life experience together and bought some look nice clothes. We had a happy time in the day. Next weekend, we still had a date at afternoon. We went to saw glamorous river and take some pictures at Dashi in Taiyuan. There are many majestic mountains and blue sky with white clouds in the place. Let us get a peace mind when we saw the beautiful mountain scenery and immense river. And then we ate dinner together at ancient restaurant. Unexpectedly, it was raining cats and dogs outside. We enjoy ate dinner for a long time at restaurant. Finally, I had a good mood back to Taipei.

I happy live in Taipei, I love Taipei. I love it, because I have lived in it a full and delightful life, momentarily at least.

When I was a child, my families with me move on here. I have lived here since twenty years ago. There are many beautiful building, modern equipment, and convenience transportation. Such as, MRT, bus, train, taxi. Whenever you can go to anywhere you want to go.

By night, bright with many colors light on streets and in cities. You are not to feel alone even if you are not go to bed to sleep. Bustling night life will company with you. You can eat delicious food and buy articles of daily anytime in city.

In truth that it is a great city. I love it; I believe you can love it too.

The love of beauty is a human nature. Especially, are women! When she is a girl become a woman, she always like dress up and make up. Of course, beautiful clothes are necessary for woman.

And read recite, recall rewrite. Finally, review. However, when I don’t understand few words, I can use the way that is context clause. Thus, I can faster find out the word’s mean. In other words, I enjoy reading book and learning read of method, because I am interested in reading and learning.

Bubble Tea

Bubble tea, or BOBA, is Taiwanese’s famous drink. It is now a popular drink, for teenagers. It is a kind of pearl sago with milk and tea. The pearl sago is made of sweet potato flour. First, pearl sago boiled and then add syrup before with milk and tea. Next, let these pearl sago keep sugariness then pour a cup of tea with milk. For example, traditional snack such as oyster omelet, stinky tofu.

The old historic district of Shenkeng is most strong smelling tofu I have ever eaten. I with my family used to go to “Cheng House” tofu store. The restaurant is well operated by the boss’s son, his grandson and grandson’s wife for several years. They are very cordial and friendly person, they always received us most cordially.

In addition, they provide meat diet as well as vegetarian diet. Have many visitors have come this dining room even President also ever visits. Most visitors’ group photo and sign poster were pasted up on this restaurant's wall. The arrangement of the furniture in the restaurant has a kind of ancient feature. The news ever reported about delicious food at the restaurant.

Stinky tofu has many cook method, contained have steamed, frying in oil and red-roast. Each meal is delicious to me; let me feel comfortable to eat food at their restaurant. Not only they are provided tasty food but also have more service. For instance, they are usually to give some free cake that made by them for us. Qualities of a Good Husband

A good husband has three qualities. How he can show his love? According to my personal mind, first, I think good man must have several characteristic. For example, he was harder work every month and then he gives whole salary to his wife.

Next, he must is a considerate man. Such as, he can wash his family’s clothes, clean house, and cooking on weekend. In addition, even he can take care of their child at midnight.

Finally, when he has free times, he would like to plan a journey with his family. However, few men who are quality have many imperfect. But, I believe good men still exist in this world.

To sum up, a new good man must possess nice qualities; give his money to housewife and to show his consideration to his family.

A Sunny Day at the Beach

I went to the beach on summer at last year. It was a great summer that year because weather was very good. I saw lots of people, pretty girls, handsome boys and beautiful sea. The sea smells a little salty and very fresh. That was a beautiful scenery, let me fell relax, so I like went to the beach to saw ocean. There were many cute beach umbrellas; people lay under it and to dry in the sun on summer. Besides, young people like to play cold water each other; it let them feel very interesting and comfortable. Many people were laughing and jumping on the beach. This really was a nice memory to me.

One has many experiences in his life, lots of merry and sorrowful. But most of experiences is just a grow process. However, some special experiences must use much of money or oneself youth exchange.

Time always fast vanish, I have not enough time to do I like things. My ambition is become rich women. Sometimes I always think my mind maybe too crazy, but have wealth is my dream. It let me feel satisfied and carefree.

I have several times experience put money into stock; I invest a lot of time and money in analyze stock. It makes me to earn much money and lose. My life focus except plane to make money, nothing let me feel interested.

"If I rest, I rust"-would be an excellent motto for idleness. If one allows his faculties to rest, like the iron in the unused key, they will soon sighs of rust, and, ultimately, cannot do the work required of them.

Healthy Life

Most of people prefer to stay up late in busy modern life or they are addicted to cups of coffee each day, even often eats many high-calorie junk foods all day. These are really bad habits not help for our health and harm for us.

Health and beauty come from have enough sleep, normal diet and keeping good mood. First, people need early to bed, early to rise. Do something to relax and unwind before going to bed, and following a regular routine at bedtime.

Second, balanced meals, eats a large fresh fruit and green leafy vegetables each day. In addition, grain food, milk, and egg, lean meat is good for us. On the other hand, accustomed to do exercise every day is an important health idea. Everybody should select one kind of sport fit for us, and then never give up doing.

Third, about beauty of rumor is the fact that keeping a nice mood every moment. In modern, most diseases could be wiped out, as long as you have health idea and to maintain happy mood. As you have a healthy body, you will have a beautiful life.

Everyone have a limitless of nice life, as you are an optimistic person. Everybody have a stage of different life; need have a lot of courage to face. About destiny is well under control by our self.

We should optimistic about our future. You must have positive qualities, for a negative, shrinking, apologizing man is despised. You must forget let you feel unhappy times, look upward and be hopeful, people will admire you.

Although I remember that memory of pain vividly in my life, even kill myself on impulse ever. But my passion to life tells me: Do a hardy person! Nobody‘s life is perfect; however, imperfect life is unavoidable for everyone. This mind awakes my hope to life.

The priceless days must be spent meaningfully, joyfully. To make the most of every moment by fill with appreciation. To embrace with gratitude the gift of each day. You will discover everything is beauty. To keep a cheerful mood is important mind; it will bring unexpected surprise for you.

Winter Vacation

That is really great! I cannot really believe I have a good winter vacation during Jan-Mar in New Year 2010. I very glad I can as a student, to learn languages go to school. I can do best myself.

I feel very happy could learn much anything about new knowledge or skill. But I hate teacher give me a lot of homework. It lets me feel very not freedom because I am a self-control person so I have many plans in my vacation.

I think life is enjoying besides learning. Therefore, I like to make time becomes efficient in all day. I can have lots of free time to do anything I like. The most love activity is travel is my hobby; however, to paint is my interest too. So I plan go to travel in Taiwan and visit Vincent Van Gogh’s paint show at history museum in this winter vacation.

Everybody like go to shopping about girl’s habit, me too. Go to shopping is part of my plan. I hope I have a nice vacation; my friends have a good time too.

Choice of Compaions

A good companion is better than a fortune, for a fortune cannot purchase those elements of character which make companionship a blessing. The best companion is one Who is wiser and better than ourselves, for we are inspired by his wisdom and virtue to more noble deeds.

Life becomes more plentiful each day. It looks like beautiful flower in the world. But the most beautiful is love world. It lets people have perplexed feeling, sweet feeling and enjoys happiness. Perhaps sometimes makes person have sorrowful looks more than say, but only tastes of love over anything about suffering and annoying emotions.

A fortunate encounter brought them together. It is the beginning of happiness, makes lover full in love. They expect be able to love with girlfriend or boyfriend together forever.

Time flies, day in day out; year by year. But lovely of memory always heaped up at every moment and increase by daylight and night.

My love world has various dreams. It already looks like an iceberg in thousand years. Without people can use any way makes it dissolve or destroy by burning that nice of memory have deeply hidden in the earth.

Self-control is essential to happiness. Let a man yield to his impulses and passions, and from that moment he gives up his moral freedom.

It is the self-discipline of a man that enables him to pursue success with more diligence and sobriety. In ordinary life the application is the same. He who would lead must first command himself. The time of test is when everybody is excited or angry, then well-balanced mind comes to the front.

Self-knowlegdge is a preface to self-control. Too much self-inspection leads to morbidness; too little conducts to careless and hasty action. The man would succeed in any great undertaking must hold all his faculties under control; they must be disciplined and drilled until they quickly and cheerfully obey the will.

There is no exact definition of the word happiness. Happy people are happy for all kind of reasons. The key is not wealth or physical well-being, because we find beggars, invalid and so-called failures who are extremely happy.

Being happy is a kind of unexpected dividend. But staying happy is an accomplishment, a triumph of soul and character. It is not selfish to strive for it. Being unhappy is like an infectious disease; it causes people to shrink away from te sufferer. You soon find yourself alone, miserable and embittered. However, there is a cure which is so simple that it seems ridiculous at first glance: If you don't feel happy, pretend to be!
