First, I usually read English book can use the way that is “Identifying Author’s Viewpoints” and then “SQ3R”; it can help for my read understanding. Next, I like reading and then use the way that is “Using Context Clause”. Let me to know new words that have many difference means.

If I can know author’s viewpoints before I prepare to read, it will be able to aid my comprehension about read a book or an article. So, I think use the method that is “Identifying Author’s Viewpoints”, it is very important. After, I can survey question on this article. For example, how, who, when, why, what, and where. And read recite, recall rewrite. Finally, review. However, when I don’t understand few words, I can use the way that is context clause. Thus, I can faster find out the word’s mean. In other words, I enjoy reading book and learning read of method, because I am interested in reading and learning.

Bubble Tea

Bubble tea, or BOBA, is Taiwanese’s famous drink. It is now a popular drink, for teenagers. It is a kind of pearl sago with milk and tea. The pearl sago is made of sweet potato flour. First, pearl sago boiled and then add syrup before with milk and tea. Next, let these pearl sago keep sugariness then pour a cup of tea with milk. The cup of tea usually is used black tea or green tea. The pearl tea with milk, cold or hot drink is very good drink, and people usually use the sucker to drink. There are many special traditional cultures in Taiwan because there has a lot of plentiful natural resources. Also have many resident who are different race living in the territory. Therefore, dissimilar race culture creates lots of beautiful thing and delicious food. Especially, in Taiwan is very famous for Taiwanese food and drink. For example, traditional snack such as oyster omelet, stinky tofu.

The old historic district of Shenkeng is most strong smelling tofu I have ever eaten. I with my family used to go to “Cheng House” tofu store. The restaurant is well operated by the boss’s son, his grandson and grandson’s wife for several years. They are very cordial and friendly person, they always received us most cordially.

In addition, they provide meat diet as well as vegetarian diet. Have many visitors have come this dining room even President also ever visits. Most visitors’ group photo and sign poster were pasted up on this restaurant's wall. The arrangement of the furniture in the restaurant has a kind of ancient feature. The news ever reported about delicious food at the restaurant.

Stinky tofu has many cook method, contained have steamed, frying in oil and red-roast. Each meal is delicious to me; let me feel comfortable to eat food at their restaurant. Not only they are provided tasty food but also have more service. For instance, they are usually to give some free cake that made by them for us.
