Healthy Life
Most of people prefer to stay up late in busy modern life or they are addicted to cups of coffee each day, even often eats many high-calorie junk foods all day. These are really bad habits not help for our health and harm for us.
Health and beauty come from have enough sleep, normal diet and keeping good mood. First, people need early to bed, early to rise. Do something to relax and unwind before going to bed, and following a regular routine at bedtime.
Second, balanced meals, eats a large fresh fruit and green leafy vegetables each day. In addition, grain food, milk, and egg, lean meat is good for us. On the other hand, accustomed to do exercise every day is an important health idea. Everybody should select one kind of sport fit for us, and then never give up doing.
Third, about beauty of rumor is the fact that keeping a nice mood every moment. In modern, most diseases could be wiped out, as long as you have health idea and to maintain happy mood. As you have a healthy body, you will have a beautiful life.

Life
Everyone have a limitless of nice life, as you are an optimistic person. Everybody have a stage of different life; need have a lot of courage to face. About destiny is well under control by our self.
We should optimistic about our future. You must have positive qualities, for a negative, shrinking, apologizing man is despised. You must forget let you feel unhappy times, look upward and be hopeful, people will admire you.
Although I remember that memory of pain vividly in my life, even kill myself on impulse ever. But my passion to life tells me: Do a hardy person! Nobody‘s life is perfect; however, imperfect life is unavoidable for everyone. This mind awakes my hope to life.
The priceless days must be spent meaningfully, joyfully. To make the most of every moment by fill with appreciation. To embrace with gratitude the gift of each day. You will discover everything is beauty. To keep a cheerful mood is important mind; it will bring unexpected surprise for you.

Winter Vacation
That is really great! I cannot really believe I have a good winter vacation during Jan-Mar in New Year 2010. I very glad I can as a student, to learn languages go to school. I can do best myself.
I feel very happy could learn much anything about new knowledge or skill. But I hate teacher give me a lot of homework. It lets me feel very not freedom because I am a self-control person so I have many plans in my vacation.
I think life is enjoying besides learning. Therefore, I like to make time becomes efficient in all day. I can have lots of free time to do anything I like. The most love activity is travel is my hobby; however, to paint is my interest too. So I plan go to travel in Taiwan and visit Vincent Van Gogh’s paint show at history museum in this winter vacation.
Everybody like go to shopping about girl’s habit, me too. Go to shopping is part of my plan. I hope I have a nice vacation; my friends have a good time too.

Choice of Compaions
A good companion is better than a fortune, for a fortune cannot purchase those elements of character which make companionship a blessing. The best companion is one Who is wiser and better than ourselves, for we are inspired by his wisdom and virtue to more noble deeds.

Companionship is education, good or bad; it develops manhood or womanhood, high or low; it lifts the soul upward or drags it downward; it is helpful to virtue or vice. Good companions help us to sow virtue; evil companions help us to sow vice.

Love World
Life becomes more plentiful each day. It looks like beautiful flower in the world. But the most beautiful is love world. It lets people have perplexed feeling, sweet feeling and enjoys happiness. Perhaps sometimes makes person have sorrowful looks more than say, but only tastes of love over anything about suffering and annoying emotions.
A fortunate encounter brought them together. It is the beginning of happiness, makes lover full in love. They expect be able to love with girlfriend or boyfriend together forever.

My love world has various dreams. It already looks like an iceberg in thousand years. Without people can use any way makes it dissolve or destroy by burning that nice of memory have deeply hidden in the earth.

Self-control
Self-control is essential to happiness. Let a man yield to his impulses and passions, and from that moment he gives up his moral freedom.
It is the self-discipline of a man that enables him to pursue success with more diligence and sobriety. In ordinary life the application is the same. He who would lead must first command himself. The time of test is when everybody is excited or angry, then well-balanced mind comes to the front.
Self-knowlegdge is a preface to self-control. Too much self-inspection leads to morbidness; too little conducts to careless and hasty action. The man would succeed in any great undertaking must hold all his faculties under control; they must be disciplined and drilled until they quickly and cheerfully obey the will.
